In a recent geolocation indication, Twitter has shown Leh, capital of Ladakh as part of the People Republic of China. An enthusiast Nitin A Gokhale, founder of Bharath Shakthi went to Leh and checked the Geolocation from the microblogging site, Twitter. It has been shown as “Jammu and Kashmir, People’s Republic of China ”. On this sensitive issue, the Government of India shot off a stern letter to CEO of Twitter, Jack Dorsey asking him to be careful about the sensitivities of India and warned twitter on this. It clearly said that the Indian government won’t accept the disrespecting of India’s sovereignty and integrity. Ajay Sawhney, Ministry of Electronics and IT secretary said,  “Any attempt by Twitter to disrespect sovereignty and integrity of India, which is also reflected by the maps, is totally unacceptable.
