India’s Retail Inflation eased to 4.59 per cent in the month of December. The retail inflation  is being measured by consumer price index in short, CPI. Separately, India’s factory output, measured in terms of Index of Industrial Production (IIP), witnessed a contraction of -1.9 per cent in November. The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation on Tuesday released two separate data. The retail inflation for the month of November was 6.93 per cent.
