As per the “Unlock 4.0” schools will be reopened from Monday onwards and amid rising cases in number, the Central government asked the statements to take the decision whether to open or not. New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal already announced that they would not resume the schools due to raising COVID 19 cases. A few states like Karnataka and Assam announced that they would resume schools after 21st September with 50% staff in the Schools by abiding by the guidelines of Unlock 4. Not only that, but they would also allow only higher classes from 9 to 12th strictly on a voluntary basis. As per guidelines, students should bring consent slip from their parents and social distancing, covering face with a mask and sanitizing hands are needed as per the unlock 4.0 School should provide exit and entry gates separately as per their feasibility. Per class, only 15 students are allowed and after the classes, the class should be sanitized.
