A very nice attempt in recent times, after Uri movie, is State of Siege: Temple Attack. ZEE 5 has brought a very nice movie this time.

The movie is inspired by the true events in India and it revolves around the temple attack in India in 2002. The Akshardham temple attack took place on 24th September 2002 and the movie revolves around Major Singh and how he tactfully killed the terrorists with his team and also it shows the sacrifice and valour of NSG commandos.

This kind of attempt should be appreciated. The makers have chosen the right cast. Akshai Khanna whose career is spanning 25 years +, has been making the right choices by choosing the right scripts nowadays.

The nation couldn’t forget the attack on the temple by the Pakistan influenced terrorists. It was reported at the time that as many as 30 civilians were gunned down by terrorists during the Akshardham attack. However, for the Krishna Dham temple attack in the State of Siege, that number was apparently too low to make an impact

State of Siege begins on a promising note, with an opening sequence set in the picturesque hills of the Kupwara District in J&K, at a make-believe Indo-Pak border. Akshaye Khanna plays Major Hanut Singh, the man running a mission to extract a minister’s kidnapped daughter. There are some great visuals in this scene, some atmospheric sound design, and a slow-burn pace that steadily increases as the stakes rise.

The supporters for such a brave attempt:
The audience has been praising this attempt and many said that this was a brave attempt. The netizens are overwhelmed by this attempt. Amid the masala movies like Radhe, Sadak 2 kind of routine, films people have been asking such a brave attempt.

The Pseudo liberals again making their comments:
The pseudo-liberals are ready with their comments calling it a jingoism. The Lallantop kind of pseudo-liberal channels is ready with their own degrading reviews. For the Lallantop kind of pseudo-liberals, this movie may sound overly fictional, but, 30 people were dead in this traumatic incident and many were badly injured. Apart from that, a topmost NSG commando had lost his life in this traumatic incident.

The IMDB rated this movie above 8. 8 points.

The director Ken Ghosh and actor Akshay Khanna should be appreciated for such a masterpiece and in social media they have been getting good applause as well.

The movie is available on Zee 5, a must-watch movie, for this Sunday and may remain a movie of the year.

  1. I was wondering if you ever considered changing the structure of your website?
Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could
connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text
for only having 1 or 2 images. Maybe you could space it
    out better?

  2. Hello i am kavin, its my first time to commenting anyplace, when i read this
paragraph i thought i could also create comment due to this good
