Recently Rajini Kanth said that he would get into politics and he also said that, he would announce the party name on 31st December 2020. However, fans and Tamil people have been waiting for his entry to politics.

South India a hub for film stars and their political entry:
From many years, south Indians love their favorite actors, and sometimes, they look at them as demigods.

Anna DMK was established by MG Ramachandran, the former Tamil superstar. Within very little time he has become CM of Tamil Nadu. He had a controversial love affair with Puratchi Thalaivi Jaya Lalitha former actress and former CM of Tamil Nadu. In Tamil Nadu, people are so lovable and they admire the arts and love the actors and actresses.

Puratchi Thalaivi:
After MGR, Puratchi Thalaivi (Leader of the Revolution) has become Amma (Mother). Jaya Lalitha was called Puratchi Thalaivi when she was in the cinema and later, she was called Amma (Mother). After many odds, with the unconditional love from people, she has become CM of Tamil Nadu.

After these charismatic leaders, many film stars entered the Tamil politics. Including, Vijaya Kanth with his party Desiya Murpokku Dravida Kazhagam (National Progressive Dravidian Federation) but he was not successful in attracting the vote bank. The magic of Jaya Lalitha and MGR was not repeated at the time of Vijaya Kanth. His party remained as a party to have an alliance with different parties with very few seats. Tamil star actor Sarath Kumar also tried his luck to shine in politics, but there was no significant result.

Makkal Needhi Maiam (People’s Justice Centre):
MNM was founded in 2018 by Lokanayagan (Universal Hero) Kamal Hassan. MNM contested in the Lok Sabha elections in 2019, they contested in 37 seats and did not win any seats. But Kamal Hassan has a very good fan base in Tamil Nadu. His ideology is similar to the extreme left-wing. MNM is ready to participate in the coming general elections.

Rajini an amassing star:
Rajini is an amazing star. He is going to announce his party’s name soon. There was news surfaced on the internet that, his party’s name would be Makkal Sev ai Katchi (People’s Service Party) He is planning to do spiritual politics. Rajini has a soft corner on BJP and looks like a right-wing supporter.

Lokanayagan and Thalaiva compete in politics together?
Kamal Hassan said that he would be a phone call away with Rajini Kanth. Both are amassing actors. Though one is an extremely right-wing supporter and another actor is a left sympathizer, in India, no politician draws boundaries based on their political ideology. To serve the people, they keep their alliance. Moreover, Rajini and Kamal both are from the same field and they claim that, legendary actor Bala Chandar is their mentor. So they may compete together. If they do that, as per the political analysts, there will be a clean sweep in Tamil Nadu and it is the right time for both of them to participate in elections. After the death of Amma Jaya Lalitha, there is a vacuum in Tamil Politics. If both the stars work together, they could create history.

The charisma of Senior NTR:
The adjacent state of Tamil Nadu, Andhra had a great actor NTR, who is admired by people even now. NTR successfully made his political career. In Telugu land, no other star could repeat the magic like NTR. Mega Star Chiranjeevi tried but failed to attract the votes of people. His brother, Pawan Kalyan also is in politics, through a party called Jana Sena (People’s army) He also utterly failed in the previous 2019 general and Assembly elections. However, he is also trying his best to go forward in politics.

However, Rajini and Kamal definitely can do magic and spellbound voting victory may be recorded as per their charisma. We should wait and see!!
