After the attack on the convoy of BJP president Nadda, the central government took it seriously and called three IPS officers on deputation. These officers were responsible for arranging security for BJP president JP Nadda during his West Bengal visit. Mamatha Benerjee called this act as a terrorizing act by BJP government. Sources say the three IPS officers are Bholanath Pandey (SP, Diamond Harbour), Rajeev Mishra (ADG, South Bengal), and Praveen Tripathi (DIG, Presidency Range).
